Quiznos Sub Appoints Sutton & Edwards Exclusive Broker for Westchester, Staten Island, NY

Quiznos Sub, Americas fast-growing sandwich shop chain, has appointed the commercial real estate services firm Sutton & Edwards Inc. / TCN Worldwide as its exclusive broker for Staten Island and Westchester County.

The Westchester assignment, from the restaurant chains area developer, is being handled by Sutton & Edwards Associate Director Neil Friedland. The Staten Island site search is being conducted by Sutton & Edwards Director Arnold Wideletz.
