Bedford Springs Resort will host another premier epicurean experience for a one-night only Gala Wine & Food Event featuring Bon Appetit on November 15. A five-course menu, created by Executive Chef Konrad Meier and Dallas' Chef Richard Chamberlain, whose Steak & Chop House and Fish Market Grill are regional favorites. Chamberlain's talents have been showcased on many national television programs, including The Today Show on NBC, will be served.

Advance reservations are required and seating is limited for this special dinner and accompanying wine pairings, priced at $130 per person, plus tax and gratuities. Dinner guests may take advantage of the Resort's special room rate of $150 per room, plus tax and resort fee for Saturday evening.

Bedford Springs Resort offers traditional American cuisine with Mid-Atlantic roots artfully prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients grown by local and regional purveyors.
