Does Lack of Career Satisfaction Lead to Job Search? -- The Career Exposure Network Asks and the Answer is Yes!

Job seeking appears to be on the minds of employees according to a poll released today by The Career Exposure Network.

We asked the question about job satisfaction to take a real-time pulse on the condition of the workforce," said JillXan Donnelly of The Career Exposure Network. From the results, weve found that only one-third of employees are inspired or satisfied with their current jobs and a lot of employees are looking for new positions."

The poll was conducted over a two week period on the Networks niche sites CareerWomen.com, DiversitySearch.com and MBACareers.com to determine if a lack of job satisfaction is leading more people to seek new positions. Approximately half of all women polled are staying in positions that are not satisfying while 85% of diversity and MBA qualified employees indicate that they are actively looking for new opportunities....
