Homeland Security Official Justin Oberman to Join Crestview Capital Funds

Crestview Capital Funds announced that Justin P. Oberman, Assistant Director of the Transportation Security Administration, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, will join the firm as the senior analyst focused on homeland security, transportation and other related industries. Oberman announced that he will leave TSA next month.

25,000 Children at Risk in Car Collisons

Two thirds of child car seats are not fitted correctly* and over 83% of drivers are not aware of UK car seat legislation reveals research by the AA** and Britax.

The research from 16,500 respondents - which included grandparents*** for the first time - found that only a quarter of all people admitted experiencing difficulty in fitting a child car seat despite evidence that two thirds of seats are not fitted correctly.

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski recently appointed Mark Lloyd, a former senior fellow at the George Soros-funded Center for American Progress (CAP), to be the FCC’s “Chief Diversity Officer.” Lloyd is a proponent of the Fairness Doctrine and recently wrote that the Doctrine, and other regulatory tools such as localism and diversity mandates, should be employed by the FCC to limit the number of conservative voices on the air and supplant them with liberal voices.
