Chinese Manufacturer Leases Long Island, NY Site for 1st U.S. Distribution Center

A manufacturer of architectural millwork based in China leased industrial space on Long Island for its first U.S. distribution center in a deal arranged by the commercial real estate services firm Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide.

The company, Genesis Millwork, which manufactures polyurethane architectural moldings and architectural elements, leased 17,000 square feet at 7E Terminal Dr., West Hempstead, NY.
