Chinese Manufacturer Leases Long Island, NY Site for 1st U.S. Distribution Center

A manufacturer of architectural millwork based in China leased industrial space on Long Island for its first U.S. distribution center in a deal arranged by the commercial real estate services firm Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide.

The company, Genesis Millwork, which manufactures polyurethane architectural moldings and architectural elements, leased 17,000 square feet at 7E Terminal Dr., West Hempstead, NY.

Scientists believe that the cures for many diseases of our time will be found in our genetics. Christian and Teresa Thornburg and Shawn and Evans Crews recently launched a company called South Beach Ties ("SBT"). SBT manufactures unique, high-end men's neckties with South Florida themes.
