Attorney William A. Healy Celebrates 15th Anniversary in Private Practice in Westminster, Maryland
Healy's practice focuses on a wide variety of litigation, regulatory and employment matters relating to the financial services industry. He represents investors who have lost money due to the misconduct of their financial advisors, as well as corporations and individuals within the financial services business who are facing regulatory inquiries, employment and compensation disputes. Healy has extensive experience handling securities arbitration hearings before FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) on a wide variety of subject matters.
Healy opened his firm in Westminster after a successful legal career in New York. He started as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and then went to work as an in-house counsel on Wall Street for Prudential Securities. This Wall Street experience helped him develop his skills in his field before he moved to suburban Maryland.
As a sole practitioner, Healy believes he can provide optimal legal services to his clients because he personally handles each case from beginning to end. His attention to detail and accessibility allow him to better serve the needs of his clients who come from within the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
