Margate Entertaiment's Sports TV4U Advertising Supported Broadband Network Set to Debut in July

Margate Entetainment Company, Inc. will launch its Sports TV4U broadband network July 1, 2006. The network will showcase the 3,000 title sports library owned by Margate, which includes the Mizlou TV Network and TVS TV Network libraries, as well as the largest privately held boxing video library in the USA.

Sports TV4U will be advertising supported. New York based Total Communications will provide ad sales for the Margate network. Programming on Sports TV4U will be both classic sports and new sports. Margate supplied 300 classic sports to the Classic Sports Network when it debuted in the 1990's. Margate also has supplied sports to media properties such as HBO, ESPN, Fox, The Sopranos, Drew Carey Show, and several movies including Michael Jordan's Space Jam and Biodome.

All sports that appear on the Sports TV4U broadband channel will also be available for purchase on DVD and, eventually, video downloads. NASL and Classic MISL Soccer, Classic Boxing, Classic College and Pro Basketball, Classic College and Pro Football, an Classic Auto Racing are just some of the historic sports that Sports TV4U will present at no charge to web viewers.

New sports on the Sports TV4U menu include vintage drag racing, NAFL Futsal, the world 9 ball billiards championship, the 'widowmaker' motorcycle hill climb, and other such events.

Sports Bloopers will be a big part of Sports TV4U, with funny classics culled from the century of sports in the Margate sports library.

In addition to being available from the E Commerce portion of Sports TV4U, the major DVD sports titles will also be available in retail stores, where Margate has had more than 300 such tiles sell more than 7 million units.
