Unlike some competitive products, which are of a fixed sized and shape, ‘Promo-Flex’ items are designed totally bespoke and are manufactured to your individual requirements, in terms of size, shape and colours - giving you the maximum opportunity to enhance and promote your brand.

What Is ‘Promo-Flex’? ‘Promo-Flex’ Soft PVC starts life as Pantone colour matched liquids, hand poured into bespoke machined moulds. To make your item requires a total of 8 steps, many of them completed by hand.

Items can be made as either STEPPED 2-D or full 3-D. Put simply; items made as STEPPED 2-D have different areas of the design produced at different levels. For example: any text included in your design can stand proud of the surface - creating a textured finish. 3-D, on the other hand, has curved surfaces and is generally made thicker to accommodate this. In either case, the back face of your item is flat. This allows for a message to be pad printed on the back face if required. It is also possible to manufacture double-sided items, by making mirror moulds and welding the 2 finished ‘Promo-Flex’ items back to back.
