Boston-area student marketing company, Effective Student Marketing (ESM), announces relocation to a historic mill building in Andover, MA. ESM officially moved Monday, May 12, 2008 to 2 Dundee Park, which was formerly part of the Smith and Dove Mills. The relocation to the expanded space is in direct response to the company's consistent growth and will enable ESM to continue to build its reputation as an effective leader in education marketing while delivering superior customer service.

Purchased in August of 1996, the Dundee property was a deteriorating mill complex, known formerly as the Smith and Dove Mills. Now, years later, the Dundee Park Renovation is 100% complete and the complex is 99% leased. Prospective tenants are generally small start-ups in the high tech industry, professional services, graphic design and advertising firms, and marketing/administrative offices for bio-tech manufacturers.
