Adirondack Hotel Hosts Festival of Food & Wine in Lake Placid at Mirror Lake Inn Resort & Spa
In addition to many highly-accomplished visiting chefs, the Inn's Executive Chef Greg Michaud will be joined by two local favorites: Kevin Gregg from Caffe Rustica and Richard Brosseau from the Interlaken. Also on hand will be the makers of Lake Placid's new vodka, P3, as well as the brew masters of our own UBU ale from The Lake Placid Pub and Brewery. Annual Adirondack Festival of Food and Wine scheduled for March 26-29, 2009
What: Join Mirror Lake Inn's Executive Chef Greg Michaud, along with several well-known local and visiting Master Chefs and vintners, for the Mirror Lake Inn's Fourth Annual Adirondack Festival of Food and Wine. This three-day food and wine event features wine tastings, culinary demonstrations, a cooking competition, a seven-course tasting dinner and more.
